Will this let us certify our own staff?
For in-house training, yes. Accredited schemes still require an approved centre.
Who is the train the trainer course for?
Experienced construction staff who deliver toolbox talks, inductions or in-house training and need to evidence teaching competence.
Does it let me deliver accredited courses?
It equips you to deliver in-house training. Accredited schemes such as CITB or IPAF need separate approval from the scheme.
Is there an assessment?
Yes, you plan and deliver a short session which is assessed with feedback.
