About the 600/2251/6 course
This is the qualification for people who assess competence at work: NVQ assessors, work-based assessors and anyone judging whether someone can do the job safely and to standard. You plan real assessments, judge evidence against the standard, give feedback and keep the records an awarding body expects. Assessment is by portfolio — you evidence your own assessing practice rather than sitting exams.
