Health & Safety
A review of your systems, records and site practice against what your duties and your clients require — with a prioritised plan for closing the gaps.
A health & safety audit checks the system behind your sites: policy, risk assessments and RAMS, training and card records, plant and lifting records, monitoring arrangements and how consistently they are used. You get a written report with the gaps ranked, and a plan for closing them in a sensible order.
Policy, arrangements, risk assessments, RAMS, COSHH, permits and site-specific paperwork checked for currency and fit.
Training and card expiry, inductions, toolbox talks, inspection records, plant and lifting equipment records.
A site visit where relevant, to compare what the system says with what is actually happening.
Findings ranked by risk and by client impact, with owners and realistic timescales rather than a wish list.
Client and framework audits rarely fail people on site conditions — they fail them on missing records, out-of-date documents and no evidence of monitoring. Those are all fixable, but only if you find them first.
We run the same review a client would, and tell you plainly which gaps would cost you the work and which are tidy-ups.
An audit that ends with a report is only half useful. Most clients ask us to work through the actions afterwards: documents rewritten, records set up, training booked and an inspection programme started.
You can also keep the audit as a standalone piece of work and handle the actions internally — whichever suits you.
