About the MHFA Two Day course

Mental health problems are as common on site as in the office, and a trained mental health first aider gives people somewhere to turn early — before a bad week becomes a crisis. Over two days, delegates learn to recognise the signs of common mental health conditions, approach and support someone who may be struggling, and signpost to professional help, including when a situation is urgent.
